The Vocation Corner
Baker Diocese currently has three seminarians you can pray for!
- Bradley Dickson, attending Mt. Angel in St. Benedict, OR and is from Holy Family Catholic Church in Burns, OR.
-Timothy Klein, attending Bishop White Seminary, Cor Christi, in Spokane, WA and is from Our Lady of Angels parish in Hermiston, OR.
-Nicholas Feller, attending Bishop White Seminary, Cor Christi, in Spokane, WA and is from St Mary’s parish in Pendleton, OR.
One way you can pray for them is to offer an intention during your rosary or even add an extra decade just for our seminarians and the vocation of the priesthood!
PRAYER FOR SEMINARIANS Loving God, I ask for a special blessing and outpouring of the Holy Spirit on (seminarian’s name), whom you have called to be yours. Let his vocation grow and develop through a deep spirit of prayer and by following the path of Jesus Christ, your Son. May Mary protect him from all harm and, through her powerful intercession, obtain for him all the graces he needs to grow into the image of Jesus, the high priest. Give him the grace to embrace the cross through all difficulties, knowing that faith is made strong through trials. Make the yoke easy and the burden light by keeping him ever close to the loving Heart of your Son. Amen. ~Rev. Victor Perez

Poor Fund
St. Mary’s Church will be collecting empty cans and plastic bottles for our Poor Fund, that help people in need with bus tickets or gas. Please make sure the containers have the Oregon refund on them. You can leave the can donations in the basement of the church.
